REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
2. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at sezayfinds@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover all costs. If the return is for any other reason (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you — in most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, or your claim is approved, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, clearance, and personalized or made-to-order items (including custom-printed apparel) cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed for shipping. After this window, the order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return once delivered.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, please first check with your bank or card provider, then contact us at sezayfinds@hotmail.com.
