SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days.

  • Supported Countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

Disclaimer: While we do our best to meet these delivery estimates, they are not guarantees. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, peak holiday seasons, courier issues, or customs clearance delays that are beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.

4. Multiple Packages (Split Shipments) To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, products within the same order may be dispatched from different fulfillment centers. This means your items might arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for each package.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Sezay Finds is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs website for more information on potential charges.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at sezayfinds@hotmail.com with your name and order number. We will gladly investigate the issue and assist you in locating your package.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
