These Terms govern use of the Sezay Finds online store and purchases from SEZAY FINDS LTD. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1. About us and the contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is formed when we accept the order in accordance with the checkout and order-confirmation process, subject to any mandatory law that provides otherwise.

2. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Images can appear different because of screen settings, lighting or normal manufacturing variation. We will not rely on a general disclaimer to remove statutory rights relating to goods that are not as described, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or that otherwise fail mandatory consumer guarantees.

3. Prices, taxes and obvious errors

Prices and any charges payable to us will be shown before checkout. If there is an obvious pricing or technical error, we may contact you and, where lawful, cancel and refund the affected order. Nothing in this section permits misleading pricing, hidden mandatory charges or unlawful drip pricing.

4. Payment

Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you select.

5. Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Returns Policy form part of these Terms. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law take priority over any inconsistent term.

6. Consumer guarantees and warranties

We do not exclude statutory warranties, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, UK consumers retain rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related legislation, and Australian consumers retain non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited. Any other limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not reduce mandatory consumer remedies.

8. Intellectual property

Content created by or licensed to us, including our branding, original text, graphics and site design, is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the site for normal personal shopping purposes but may not commercially reproduce protected content without permission.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except that this choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the country or region that applies to them. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory right a consumer has to bring proceedings in a competent court.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The version that applies to an order is the version in effect when that order is placed, unless the law requires otherwise.
